It was unexpectedly cold for their October wedding, but it was still a breathtaking ceremony and reception at the Peterloon Estate. I am mildly obsessed with historic homes, so shooting here was a dream. We’ve been extremely excited to photograph there, and it most definitely lived up to our expectations. I would even say it is now one of our most favorite wedding venues in the Cincinnati area. The Peterloon mansion was filled to the brim with historic paintings, tapestries, and even has woodwork that dates back to the 16th century! It was overwhelming…..
And then there was Lauren and Ian. She was breathtaking. He was so very handsome. Lauren was laughing because I was shaking at times because I was on an inspiration high. (Admittedly, I may have been cold too.) ;)
Seeing these two sweeties unite that day was such an honor, and we are so happy to have been a part of it.
I’m in LOVE! Thanks Jess and Brett!!!
i love these pictures of your wedding & beautiful wedding site. it was a chilly day & a glorious day…i think everyone in attendance would have gotten “chills” if it had been 90 degrees. lauren, you made a lovely bride and ian, looked so handsome and happy. it has been our pleasure to watch your life unfold. congratulations & wishes for many many happy years to come.
This wedding is so beautiful!! The location is amazing and the ceremony shots are so great. Also loving the bride getting warm under her cute cardigan.
Ooooooh, pretty!
GORGEOUS OVERLOAD! Oddly enough, in all that amazingness, I think my fave shot is Lauren in that little sweater of hers because that is SO GENIUS! :)
And that shot of her at the vanity? WHOA.
Congratulations to the both of you!! You make a beautiful couple and I pray God’s continuing blessings upon you throughout your marriage. Laurie and I send our love – I’m sorry that we couldn’t be there to share in your special day but you were certainly in our thoughts and prayers.
The pictures are absolutely gorgeous; they tell a story within themselves.
God Speed & God’s Grace . . . . . .
Blessings,
Scott
