I’m going to take a break from the Polar Vortex that doesn’t seem to want to loosen its grip on the Midwest, and share some fresh remembrance of spring. Oh, how I am longing for Dogwood blooms and soft warm breezes more and more each day!

I’m still catching up from weddings and sessions of 2013, so below is a very sweet wedding from last year. Everything about this day was relaxed and a good time, and Maureen was such an amazingly gorgeous and classic bride. Such a beauty! Watching her and Blake pledge their love was an honor to witness.

This wedding was incredibly fun and non-stop excitement from the moment we arrived! After spending so much time with them for their “day in the life” engagement session, we felt like we were hanging out with friends. Elise has the absolute BEST smile and laughter around.
