This wedding…
Such a sweet, touching, emotion filled wedding. Lydia and Josh’s day was a dreamy celebration….the kind that stopped me in my tracks more than once. Instead of stress, there was love from family and friends filling every inch of the place. So many personal and handmade touches scattered around, children and pets playing, warm sunshine, and fantastic tunes filling the air. I had to pinch myself that we were chosen to document it all. :)
Lydia and Josh reside in Brooklyn, New York with their daughter Isabel, and were married at the Birch House in Yellow Springs. The gorgeous cakes and delicious food was supplied by my favorite, Current Cuisine. Enjoy a peek at their lovely day….
Leah and Tomar reside in Israel but traveled to Leah’s hometown to celebrate their union. Since they are across the world, Leah’s mother handled the wedding details, and we never even communicated with the bride and groom until the week of the wedding. This was a first for us!
The day was incredibly peaceful and all went according to plan, until the rain set in. Leah and Tomar watched out the window as their outdoor ceremony site was broken down and moved inside, but they didn’t let it bother them. Their smiles and calm spirits remained, and the day played out absolutely beautifully.
