As the kids finish their chores and piano practice this morning I thought I’d quickly do a post to say GOOD MORNING and happy first Monday of 2010!  I don’t know about you, but it was a rough one around here.  Even though our kids have been sick a lot, we have had such a great couple weeks of just relaxing, sleeping in, hanging with friends and family, and very little if any social media and work.  But this morning when the alarm went off at 6:45, we tried our hardest to get back into the swing of things.

Honestly I could hardly fall asleep last night…I kept thinking and dreaming about what I hope to get out of 2010.  We have big plans on the horizon, and I just have to remember to take things one step at a time.  Having a family, things have to move a little more slowly.  :)

We haven’t taken many photos over the past couple weeks, mainly because it felt good to give the camera a breather for a few days….But I thought these photos of the kiddos playing in the snow (before they got sick), would be a great way to start the week.

We can’t tell you how great of a year it has been for us. This evening as we sit at home sitterless, we are thinking back on our year and the many great people we had the privilege of meeting. If you were a part of our year in any way, THANK YOU so much. We can sincerely say we have loved getting to know each and everyone of you.  From the people we did sessions with, to the beautiful wedding days that we were a part of, to the fantastic support of all you blog readers, we couldn’t do it nor would we be motivated, without you.
