To say that we love what we do can not even begin to explain….we find it such an honor to be brought into your intimate space and lives, to capture a piece of who you are. We are on day three of our look back over 2009!! Today is about the couples of studio3z. If you haven’t seen what we are doing this week, we are running a contest!! Here is a refresher on the details:
I will post a new category every day or so this week (families, couples, wedding, etc.). You choose a favorite photo in each category and tell us which one it is, and WHY you like it in the comment box. Next Friday February 5th we will add up all of the votes for each photograph. The photo in each category with the most votes is the winner. The person in that particular photo will receive a FREE 8×10 of the photograph! But then listen to this….The ONE photo that gets the most votes overall, that person in the photo will receive a FREE 11x 14 canvas (a $250 value)!!! So how do we decide the winners? YOU DO by commenting!! If you are featured on here feel free to tell your friends, neighbors and family to get in on the voting….but we ask PLEASE one vote per person in EACH category. Let’s play fair!

Giving my love to #13 because that was a stroke of genius to get them in that sliver of light. Beautiful. I hate to not get a second chance to vote for the Mad Men inspired shoot because it was great and really put y’all on the tip top of my favorite wedding/lifestyle photographers list. Okay, so I just have to take a moment here to complain….
I’ve looked through all these posts, and I intend to vote – I really do. So I pick one that I think is my favorite, and then i scroll down more and there’s another one, and then another. by the time I get to the comment form I’ve got like 15 different images and I just cannot decide.
So – I think if you are going to have these contests, you’re actually going to have to pick images that are not so dang amazing – maybe then I could actually choose one :)
Seriously – you rock. Seeing your faves all together like this just makes it all that much more apparent. Blown away.

this is hard since ash is in so many, and i am biased, but i have to say that #30 is my favorite photo. i loved that one when i first saw it! i love their serenity and the sunflowers… its so peaceful and beautiful, and i like whatever that texture is in the background.
