We had a blast photographing little Lukas again with his Mom and Dad. What we love about these guys is how they are so laid back and can just “hang out” together while we document them as a family. They don’t feel like they always need to be looking at the camera or posing. They just do their thing, and we get to be a part. We love it! :)
Lukas just turned 1 in June, so he was just so cute with all his new noises, words and expressions. Here he is crawling on the picnic tables at the park, and it reminded us of catching his first crawl which you can view HERE. He is just so darn cute!!!
He loved to swing at the park :)
then we found the creek. (bye bye dry clothes!!)
Then he got all dried off and held by daddy.
I just love this candid moment. (I turned around and snapped over my shoulder.)
we let him play with the flowers, but then….
he saw me and crawled right up. :)
He wanted to check out what type of camera I had, and then make sure I was capturing his good side.
clapping….I love how babies do something, and then check to see their parents reaction. :)
playing some peek-a-boo with his Daddy :)
ahhh. precious babies. you just want to eat them up. :)
We had fun recently when we met up with the brother/sister duo of Grace and Clay. We met up at the park, and since our sitter had to cancel, we had our 4 kids in tow. Every thing worked out fine, and Clay, Riah, and Adin hit it off great. Good fun for them, tough for us. Clay wanted to play with our boys, and we had the fun challenge of shooting around our boys! Clay ONLY wanted to play. He was not into the whole “picture taking thing.” :) He would look at us and smile, and then say, “I’m done taking pictures.” HA!! But we are pretty good at running around and shooting. :)
Grace on the other hand was up for whatever. I guess that can be the huge difference in 5-12 year olds. We took some great portraits of her, and let me tell you- she is such a beautiful little lady!! Both these kids were just gorgeous, and it makes me wonder- How do we luck out with the most BEAUTIFUL clients to work with??! SERIOUSLY?
Meet Clay :) Isn’t he handsome?
Meet Grace :) Isn’t she BEAUTIFUL?!!
We told Clay to surf like his Uncle who we are friends with….HEY JOEL!! :)
Clay shows us the cool snail shell he found.
We asked Clay about what he does to bug his sister. Engaging him in conversation was about the only way to keep this guy still.
OH I LOVE these next two photos- I want her hair. :)
Check out Mr. Handsome’s eyelashes. Watch out ladies!
His expressions are just priceless here. :)
FUN FUN FUN!!!! :)
