entry 1.
this year I will be doing more personal projects….my visual diary being one. mostly pictures, little words. just a small glimpse into the artist.
here is the morning, through my eyes.
Oh my goodness…this sweet little girl. I just want to super squeeze her!! This first photo is one of my favorites. She seriously looks like a poster child “Gerber” baby. Those eyes! Those cheeks!!
Kasey’s Mama has a love of hats…so we had some fun with them. :)
We stepped outside for just a couple minutes…it was pretty darn cold. But I loved these.
*SOOOO CUTE*
She hung out in her bed and played with her feet….
watched her mobile….
Then we did an outfit change!
She was a bit sleepy….so she broke down for about 2 seconds.
But then all was good!
Check out those AMAZING blue eyes!!!
I love when they do the push-up position right before crawling.
sweet girl….about 2 mins. before a bottle and falling asleep. :)
Love the pictures. These put a huge smile on my face today!
love it.
Me likey. Nice artsy way to start the day. : )
Beautiful! Were your fingers freezing shooting these? I was out 10 minutes last night attempting this very thing and I could not BELIEVE how quickly my digits went numb. I can see how frostbite happens!
Gahhhh…love it! Good for you Jess. I’ve been trying to do one for years but time and ability just escape me! Best of luck. Can’t wait to follow life through your eyes…
these almost make me like snow :)
Gotta love a baby in the window!
hi! i have followed your blog for a while now, but have never posted (i’ve started to a bunch of times but then chickened out and deleted!!). even though i love all your posts, this is one of my favs. as someone who is just starting out in photography, these pictures are very inspiring! i’m excited to see what’s to come…
Love this , I started a 365 on flickr in Dec and have found it so fun and inspiring!
the shot with gabey looking through the door and your reflection off to the side — moving.
Ooohhhh fun! Can’t wait to see 2010 through an artist’s/amazing photographer’s eyes! :)
Would love to know what lens(es) you use to capture these little tidbits! They are awesome!
Beautiful! I love the personal perception!
I love these!
The lomo kind of effect is really neat. I wish I knew how you did it! I can never get it quite right.
The black and white shot of the window is absolutely fantastic.
beautiful jess! i tell you, if i couldn’t shoot for myself..a lot…well, let’s just say…you must as an artist..after all, that’s what we all are first and we have to feed that for all the other good stuff to come through;)
What a great project for 2010. These are beautiful. Can’t wait to see more.
