This is part three of the wedding of Paulina and David in Vero Beach, Florida. If you missed the first two posts, I recommend looking at them first to get their whole story. :) Click HERE for part one, and click HERE for part two!!
We left off just as the ceremony was getting ready to start…
As I walked to the beach, I shot a few details at the reception site before it was dark. Every single tiny detail at the wedding and reception were just amazing!! The programs and fans were handed to each guest as they arrived to the ceremony.
Here are close-ups of the chuppah (the canopy they stood under). Talk about PERFECTION!!!
David getting ready to walk down with Mom and Dad on each arm. :)
Remember the surprise I mentioned in the last post?? When David and Paulina were in the early stages of planning, Paulina mentioned that it would be so cool to have a choir….they quickly blew it off. David didn’t forget. :) He had a choir surprise her when she came out of the building to walk down to the beach.
The BEAUTIFUL girls!
David seeing his bride for the first time….
It was iphone MANIA!!! I wanted to post another shot I have of about 30 phones in the center of the isle.
Precious.
The handsome men…
LOVE LOVE LOVE this so much.
As soon as the ceremony was over, they went back up the “isle” and just started running away up the beach!
We ran too!
They were so in love, in the moment, and happy….just as you should be.
Everyone moved on to the reception around the pool. It was set up so beautifully, with different types of food stations-from Mediterranean, to a Willy Wonka bar.
This was the sushi station. This floral arrangement was divine!
Speaking of centerpieces….check out these beauties.
Lovely first dance…..
And they had such loving toasts by good friends and family.
Then the party got going!!!
Here is Brett’s brother Jason hanging with Emilio and Gloria Estefan.
I loved this little tabletop centerpiece.
Their cake was beautiful with the D &P logo on top!
Brett and I got access to the roof and climbed up there to get shots…as soon as we climbed up, this Mariachi band began to play! Brett quickly ran back down.
And best of all, David sang to Paulina! :) He has a GREAT voice!!
Then they surprised us all….and jumped in the pool!!!
It was the perfect ending to their perfect evening.
David and Paulina, we wish you all the best in your new life together! We hope that your honeymoon in Barcelona is AMAZING!!! Thank you for having us come to document one of the most important days in your lives. :)
May God bless you through the years to come….

We all woke up and had a beautiful morning at the Costa d’ Este resort before the big wedding. Since almost everyone who attended stayed at the resort, people were relaxing at the pool, on the beach, and hanging at the restaurant or bar most of the day. Of course the groom and the guys can take things a little more slow than the girls, so Brett hung out with David as he swam with friends.
I was with Paulina as she began the process of getting beautified! She had such an AMAZING team of stylists to work with…it would make almost any girl jealous. I am still trying to find out his name, but this makeup artist was SO GOOD!! I guess that is why he works on such notable faces like Gloria Estefan. :)
**EDITED to ADD** Found out he is Sidney Jamila, and he’s a pretty big dang deal. Like I said, he was so amazing…I just love watching artists at work.
The dream team at work!! Here is Rodney Cutler -celebrity hairstylist extraordinaire. He turned Paulina’s hair into HOTNESS.
I love how Diva she is here.
While Paulina was getting done up, David and the boys got ready.
Here is her engagement ring, and the bands which belong to their parents. :)
David writes up a little something…..
And when it was delivered Paulina just giggled and smiled and said, “He just always thinks of these little things.”
Glamour hair was kicking in full force….
The flowers in her presidential suite were sent from her love, who would be joining her there that night. ;)
These were her ceremony shoes for the beach….
and the DRESSS!!! Wowza!!!
For her hair….
What did I tell you??! Flipping HOT!!!
Upon arrival I heard of this little thing called “Cuban Time.” :) I became acquainted with this saying when the rehearsal was running 2 hours late, and I am sitting there wondering, “What’s going on? And why is everyone just having fun and ignoring the CLOCK??!” The response was, “We’re running on Cuban Time.” So I looked it up, (in the Urban Dictionary of course), and sure enough, it was really a saying. And trust me, it is really a way of life too!!
So we had a bit of “Cuban Time” on the wedding day as well. While the girls were running a wee bit behind, Brett took the guys out and got some great shots!
The boys! (Minus Emilio who was naturally running on Cuban Time as well!) :)
David had each of the guys’ Guayaberas monogrammed. It was such a sweet personal touch.
David’s Dad is so precious, and David and his Dad love each other so very much!
Then Emilio showed up! As I mentioned in the post before, David has worked very closely with the Estefan’s for years now, so he is pretty much part of the family. :)
David’s little cousin was the adorable ring bearer. I loved how the rings were carried in this shell.
Meanwhile the girls were getting their dresses on…..
They looked GORGEOUS.
Paulina’s beautiful mother and sister helped her into her dress.
She tried on her reception shoes for me….I LOVED them.
Her Dad helped her with her veil.
A final word of prayer right before the ceremony…..
At the same time, a little surprise from David was practicing in the ballroom. ;)
And the ceremony was getting ready to start….
Please check back in for the final installment of their wedding later this week. :) You won’t want to miss one of the most beautiful wedding ceremonies I have EVER seen!
WOW! I can’t get over all the details – You did an amazing job at capturing them! Not only was this a gorgeous wedding, but it seems so joyous & carefree. How awesome that they jumped into the pool! Lastly, that b&w pic of David placing the ring onto Paulina’s finger- do I hear new banner addition for blog? Such a perfect photo.
Outstanding work you two!!
Oh, btw, what song did the choir sing as she walked down the aisle? I looove that idea! (Reminds me of the movie “Love Actually”)
wow…these are incredible. beautiful job!
I think it’s so cool that Gloria Estefan was there! My mother always had her music playing in the background in our home. Beautiful pictures guys! Just incredible.
Makes me want to get married again so you can come and photograph for me!
I second what Kim said, want to get married again just to have you shoot us. =) Paulina has the best smile and I love the one of David singing to her!
