Took these the day before the haircuts last week.  :)

This is where my heart is today…with my little girl, who isn’t quite as little as I wish she was. Today my girl went all double digits on me, and I just stand in disbelief that I have been a mother for a decade. So UNREAL.  How can I be 25 with a 10 yr old?  ;) (Just kidding…)

To my Priya Izabella….

You warm my heart every day.

Although it drives me crazy at times, you amaze me with your free spirit, with your lack of inhibition, with your carefree style.

One thing I will always love is your over dramatic laugh…

So grown up, but still so small.  Ten years is such a new stage, a breaking of a new dawn.

Those beautiful brown eyes….for ten years they have repeatedly melted my heart.

Looking at you, I wonder what type of woman you will become.

I hope that you grow in strength, knowledge and good character, by the grace of God.

I love you precious girl- today and always!!!  And (for you P) I will post more later…baby photos and whatnot.  But right now the house is a bit chaotic!

Months ago when Christina contacted me about doing a session at the Cincinnati Art Museum I thought, “Very cool!”  I haven’t been there to take pictures in a long time, and it is one of my favorite places in town.  Christina and Adam were actually married there 3 years ago.  They wanted to do the shoot in formal attire, and they also wanted to get a few “bridal” type shots in The Art Museum because they felt they didn’t get all the photos that day that they would have liked-*disclaimer* we were not the photographers.  :)

So we made it happen!

This is Madison…she is almost two and as cute as a button!!  She loved to untie her dress.  :)

There are so many interesting things at the Art Museum. The courtyard fountains were fun to play in.

Madison took a little snack break.

Talk about cute!!!  She reminds me of all those depictions of a cherub- like you would see on a vintage Valentine’s card, shooting an arrow through a heart. Please tell me you know what I’m talking about and that doesn’t sound weird!?  ;)
